This Privacy Policy applies to ClubCal's general marketing website ("the Site"), operated by Nulman Digital (a sole proprietorship; "the Operator"). This Policy does not apply to any specific club's management application - every club using ClubCal runs its own separate application, with its own Privacy Policy tailored to the specific features and data collected within that application. The link to the Privacy Policy relevant to your club's application appears within the application itself.

2. What Information Is Collected on the Site

The Site does not include registration forms or direct collection of personal information. Clicking a contact link (WhatsApp, phone, email) opens an external application or service (such as WhatsApp), and any information you provide there (phone number, message content) is transferred directly to that channel and is not stored by us as part of the Site.

3. Technical Information

The Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages (this page, and the Terms of Use page) load a font from Google Fonts, served from Google's servers; the rest of the Site self-hosts its fonts, with no request made to any third-party server.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Since the Site does not collect personal information, no information is transferred to third parties through it, except for information you provide directly through an external contact channel you chose (see Section 2).
